Made of durable 18 oz FR vinyl with snapped ends and zippered closure to keep stretcher clean. Complete with 2 sets of carrying handles and reflective lettering. The cover was designed to zip open and lay flat so it can be used as a tarp under the stretcher allowing to keep first air supplies clean.
